The Dogmantics store is based in the USA in San Diego, CA. Shipping is carried out by the United States Postal Service – USPS.
Generally First class is the cheapest option. Addresses within the US should take around 3-6 business days to ship to, while shipping outside of the US may take around 14 days but varies depending on the destination and the speed of your country’s Customs procedures.

If you want a speedier shipping, Priority Mail is the option for you. There is Priority Mail based on weight and also Priority Mail Flat Rate (which is usually the cheaper of the two) for both Domestic and International shipments. This option takes 1-3 days for delivery in the US and also comes with tracking within the US and to most International countries. Priority Mail for International orders will take around 6-10 days to deliver, depending on the destination and the specific country’s Custom procedures.

There is also an Express Mail option and Priority Mail Flat Rate Express for an even more speedy delivery, Domestic or International.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours from when the payment comes through to us. Holidays and Sundays excepted, or any other day when the USPS Post Offices are closed. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure that your DVDs will get a smooth trip.
We are responsible for the contents in your order until you receive it. If the package gets lost or if the DVDs get damaged in the shipping process we will send you new ones or refund your money. However, we are NOT responsible for the time your specific country might hold the package in Customs or any Customs fees or taxes you might get charged, this is ruled and regulated by your country’s government and something we have no power over.
